Upcoming HOA Project Information & Voting Opportunities
Project 2 – New Fire House
This project involves the building of a new Fire House in the upper meadow “common area” to further protect our residents and the surrounding communities.
The HOA board was contacted by emergency services coordinator George Colson about building a Fire House in the “common area”. Iron County will pay the cost of this project along with the annual maintenance and utilities required to keep it functional year-round. This project will proceed after a HOA vote in the affirmative by 2/3 of members, as described above, to allocate land in the common area for a Fire House thru a deed or an easement. As directed, the HOA board will enter into this agreement with Iron County. Images of maps and agreements are posted below and can be viewed by on the Documents page by Clicking Here.
