Stan Carrizosa and his wife Nancy moved to Cedar Highlands in March of 2021. He retired after a 35-year career in public governance in California having served 28 of those years as a district superintendent and college president. Since joining our community Stan has served as the Chair of a recently formed CCR/Bylaw Committee. He has helped to complete a second amendment to our Bylaws correcting outdated language which allowed cumulative voting for members owning multiple lots/homes. He worked as a lead in achieving the recent, successful membership-wide vote on the Water Tank & Fire Hydrant Agreement with CICWCD.
