My husband and I are retired and relocated from Las Vegas via Reno to southern Utah.  We both have roots in Utah, and have spent much time in the state; my time has primarily been spent in this area (Swains Creek, Duck Creek, Cedar City) when growing up.  I have been a fully licensed HOA Community Manager. I oversaw multiple properties and worked with the Board of Directors as well as the onsite staff, various committees, homeowners and tenants regarding daily issues.  I additionally created and posted agendas, and meeting minutes as necessary.  I advised the board regarding legal obligations, and managed repairs and maintenance as per Nevada law requirements.  I eventually left that industry and moved into finance.  Although I am retired, I do maintain an active Mortgage Loan Originator license in Nevada and Utah. In my free time, my husband and I love to spend time with our dogs, exploring southern Utah.  I enjoy cooking and reading as well.
