The Lt. Governor has issued the Certificate of Dissolution. It has been recorded with the County Recorder. The Town is officially over. Click here to see the Certificate of Dissolution.


Snow season is coming. Have you started to get ready? Does your car or truck need tires? Is the antifreeze ok? Is your house ready? Some almanac’s are predicting a hard, cold, wet winter.
For potential owners: We have year around access, the roads are plowed of snow during the winter and maintained in summer by the HOA.


High Mountain View Dr. is smooth again, but the Water District still has topping gravel to be put on it after the water main break at the lower tank.


The CICWCD has produced a newsletter just for Cedar Highlands.

DNR is going to try to get at least one more chipping done this fall. If you have a pile of branches, please get the location to the webmaster soon.

Remember to stack them neatly by the road.
